Panthers have been on the PROWL this summer accomplishing some great things! Senior, Andrew Sarvis has spent his summer participating in the Bobbie Cate Hicks SMART program where he has been researching and using techniques such as Western Blotting and immunohistochemistry. Andrew has been assigned to look into the effects of inflammation on retinal endothelial cells, which can lead to dysfunction of the blood vessels in the retinal tissue leading to damage and blindness. We are proud of the work Andrew is doing to help others in our community.

First Round Spirit Wear has been delivered to PHS! We will distribute as follows: 9th grade: Monday and Tuesday evening during Freshman Orientation If you miss orientation, pick up will start Wednesday. 10th-12th Monday -Friday 8am to 10:30am and 1pm to 3pm We will not distribute 10th-12th at Freshman Orientation unless the sibling is a freshman. 🦸‍♀️Fuel your summer superhero with free, nutritious meals that Bossier Schools will be offering weekly starting June 11 at four drive-through sites. 🦸‍♂️ Any child 18 years of age and younger is eligible. Each box will contain seven shelf-stable breakfasts and lunches. Parents or guardians will need to complete a registration form for each child. Once registration is complete, meal boxes can be picked up between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. every Tuesday until July 30 at either Benton Middle, Haughton Middle, W.T.
