The Bossier Chamber of Commerce will be holding their annual 'Pack the Bus' school supply drive benefiting Bossier Schools. We hope you'll help out with this year's event! Come by the Wal-Mart Supercenter Thursday, August 1 from 11:30 to 1:30 and drop off much needed supplies to help our teachers fill the gaps in their classrooms.
Parents/Guardians - Be on the lookout for an email on AUGUST 1 with instructions and details about Rooms, the exciting feature for parent-teacher chat.

**ALL STUDENTS (NEW & RETURNING) MUST COMPLETE ANNUAL REGISTRATION**
Please make sure if you have a returning student that you complete the annual registration in OnCourse. Also, please remember to upload the correct proofs of residency per the parish guidelines (see below)
Two Proofs of Residence with your name, address, and date :
One (1) current utility bill showing the physical address for service within the District; AND
One (1) of the following that shows the location of residence within the District:
Property tax records; or
Mortgage documents or property deed; or
Apartment or home lease or, if no lease, a Declaration of Residency Form (forms are available at each school site and must be completed in person)
If the student resides with a legal guardian (court-appointed) the court decree must be provided.
Oasis Spirit Order pick up will begin tomorrow!! If you placed an order with Oasis BEFORE July 10th, you may come by the front office and pick up your order between the hours of 9:00am-1:30pm.
**TIME UPDATE FOR FRESHMAN ORIENTATION**
Freshman Orientation will be on Monday August 5th from 8:30-11:00am. We look forward to seeing all of our new Tigers!

School Supply Reminder: There is no school supply list for Benton High School. Students should come on the first day with a notebook and something to write with. Each teacher will give the students a list of supplies they will need for each class on their first day.
Students that are taking Pre AP or AP English classes, don't forget your summer reading!!

🏌️♀️🎉 Big congratulations to Benton High School's rising senior, Abigail McWilliams, who emerged victorious at the 96th Louisiana Golf Association Women’s Amateur Championship this past Sunday at Lake Charles Country Club. 🏆⛳️
The competition was fierce, with the tournament featuring a match-play format following an 18-hole qualifying round on Friday. But Abigail showcased her considerable skills, securing the championship title in style!
This win comes on the heels of another impressive achievement – in May, Abigail and her teammate Grace Goodwin clinched the Division I state championship for Benton. Let's all give a huge shoutout to Abigail for her outstanding accomplishments and wish her continued success in her golfing journey!
