Tickets will not be available for purchase for parents or in the office.
Students will write their names on their tickets and will be required to keep up with them.
Checkout Process
Student must be present until 11 am on Friday.
Students are not required and are not encouraged to check out.
Students will only be allowed to check out with people on their Oncourse. Students cannot checkout with a note or phone call. If you need to update your contacts, please do so ASAP. The updates need to be approved in our system. Waiting to the last minute will cause issues and slow down the process.
Guardians will check students out using a QR code to speed up the process. Please bring your phone and ID in with you. You will need to know your student's ID number. Not doing this will slow down the process for your child checking out.
Dress Code
The Mardi Gras Contract states the dress code. If students show up Friday evening not following the dress code, they will call their parents to pick them up. Please help us to make this a fun evening for all students by following the requirements. They have been sent out multiple times.

We are having issues with students bringing items on the school bus. Our district handbook states student will "not bring on the bus objects that are too large to be held in the student's lap or to fit under the seat (including large band instruments, projects, and other large objects).". Please make sure if your child is needing to bring an item to school that cannot fit in their lap, that your family makes an alternate plan to get it to school. Having these items on the bus that are in their aisle may cause for an unsafe ride.
Thank you for understanding. Please feel free to read over the District Handbook and refer to the School Bus Conduct section (on page 29 - 30) for more information.
