Buccaneer Business Week of Dec. 2
Candy Grams will be sold Tuesday - Friday of this week only. They will be sold during lunch. Cash Only. If you have questions, email Ashley.Sanchez@Bossierschools.org. Profits from this will go to the PBIS funds used to provide fun for our students.
We have our first wrestling meet on Tuesday. Come support our wrestlers! Contact Crystal.Chumley@BossierSchools.org for more information.
Friday will be Festive Friday. Students are allowed to wear jeans with a holiday shirt. Students may also wear uniform bottoms with a holiday shirt. This is for a $5 or more donation to our PBIS fund that helps provide fun for our students.

We want to give a friendly reminder about our dress code policy. This week is going to be cold as we return to school, but please note we cannot wear sweatpants. This was becoming an issue right before the break. Students will call their parents to bring a change of clothes if students wear sweatpants. Bossier Parish does not allow sweatpants.
Hoodies are also not allowed. The only sweatshirt students may wear is the one purchased from our school store.
Don't forget we cannot have stanley cups. Cups must be clear.
Thank you for helping with our dress code!

Attention HMS Boy's Basketball Parents! Coach Newton will rely on the "Rooms" section of our Bossier Schools' App for communication. Please open your app to ensure you can see the announcements. Email Jacob.Newton@Bossierschools.org and Ashley.Sanchez@BossierSchools.org for help.

In preparation of the upcoming holidays, we wanted to give you a glance at some of the fun we have planned. We hope this allows for you to prepare. If you have questions, please email Ashley.Sanchez@BossierSchools.org

Parents,
As our temperatures outside decrease, we are seeing an increase of students wearing sweatpants. Our parish does not allow sweatpants at our Bossier Parish schools. Students will continue getting uniform violations. Parents will need to bring appropriate school pants to school for their children to wear. Please help us to address this issue.
This is our first time in many years to offer sweatshirts for our students. Please remember they can only wear the sweatshirt that is offered in our school store. Plain colored shirts are not allowed. Our store will close Thursday and will not reopen this year.
I appreciate your help in ensuring your child is dressed in the correct uniform.

In this episode of On the Record with Bossier Schools:

* We salute our Veterans
* Superintendent Shout-Outs to the Tigers, the Mustangs and a Buc who is ecstatic about being back in the Haughton community.
